How it Works
- We provide you with a safe and secure UK address for your mail.
- We open your mail and, if you wish, separate out 'junk' and unsolicited mail.
- Then we scan the remainder and upload it onto our secure server.
- When you want to access your mail you simply go to an internet enabled computer, login, and retrieve it. You can then print or save it as you wish or just delete it.
- Once a month we repackage your mail and send it on to a UK address of your choosing.

How it Compares
- You pay a fixed fee for the service so you know what your costs will be up front.
- You can access your mail within hours of it arriving in the UK. If you are a few time zones west of the UK, that means your mail will probably be available before you have had breakfast!
- Your mail isn’t delayed due to the vagaries of the local postal service and it doesn’t go ‘missing’.
- No one can intercept your mail in transit.

| The subscription includes 50 pages of scanned mail
per month, up to 0.5Kg of mail posted on per month and a £10
deposit to cover pages scanned or mail posted incremental to the
normal allowance. Extra pages are charged at £0.20 per page, extra postage is charged at cost. |
