MFExpress runs on secure internet servers to keep your mail confidential and we have an ongoing security review programme. There are, however, some simple additional steps you can take to increase security when you use the service.

If you are using a computer that is not your own or is in an open environment e.g an internet café always:

• Make sure you are not overlooked, especially when typing in your password.
• Make sure that the padlock is displayed in your browser (Internet Explorer - bottom right hand corner)
• Logout from MFExpress using the ‘Logout’ button then close the browser down.
