Terms & conditions

It is agreed as follows:

MFExpress (the 'Company') shall provide to the subscriber (the 'Subscriber') a mail reception and forwarding facility (the 'Service') subject to the Subscriber observing the Terms and Conditions below.

1. The Company shall take reception of and open the Subscriber’s mail, electronically scan as per the Subscriber’s instructions and make the scanned documents available to the Subscriber via an internet connection.
2. The Company shall make every endeavour to make the scanned documents available within 8 hours of delivery by the postal service.
3. If the Company should fail to meet the service level described in ‘2’ above an extension to the subscription period will be granted to the Subscriber equivalent to the period of failure.
4. The Company may refuse to accept delivery of any item for any reason it deems appropriate.
5. The Company may refuse to scan any item it considers to be obscene, defamatory, immoral or likely to cause offence.
6. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or any liabilities arising from any event beyond it’s control.
7. The Subscriber undertakes not to use the service for any purpose likely to be illegal under English Law.
8. The Subscriber may terminate the service at any time. There will be no refund for unexpired subscription period.
9. The Subscriber will indemnify the Company against any loss, liability, claim or proceedings arising out of the normal execution of the service.
10. This agreement shall operate under English Law.
